On-site Oral Presentation
On-site Oral speakers should respect presentation time “12 minutes for presentation + 3 minutes for questions”. The organizers recommend a PowerPoint presentation. Presentation certificates will be delivered at the end of each corresponding oral session.
Virtual Oral Presentation
In this case, you should send us your video pre-recorded (15 min for presentation). This will be a PowerPoint Presentation (including audio).
You should send us the pre-recorded video presenting your work before July 5th. You can use two methods A or B.
A) The “RECORD” option of Microsoft PowerPoint. It is very intuitive and very easy to use. Available in the latest versions of Microsoft PowerPoint. The presentation must last a maximum of 15 minutes.
B) Another “free” option is through the website https://screencast-o-matic.com/ following these instructions:
1º Go to the website
2º Click on the record for free
3º Click on launch free recorder
4º Start the application that has been downloaded
5º The area inside the frame is where you will have to place your PowerPoint presentation.
6º To start the recording, you must press the red button that appears in the upper left part
7º Remember that the presentation must last a maximum of 15 minutes (you should record using your pc microphone)
8º When you finish recording, you should click done and the option to save and load, and save it as a video file (*mp4)
In both cases, you should upload the file to your google drive account and share the link with us to the corresponding email address (the email that appears at the head of this website).
On-site Poster presentation
On-site Poster Presentation allows you to interact face to face with people interested in your research. Posters should be no larger than (80 cm wide x 90 cm long). You can use this Template. Presentation certificates are delivered at the end of the corresponding poster session.
Virtual Poster Presentation
You should send us your poster in pdf *file before July 5th to the corresponding email address (the email that appears at the head of this website). Posters should be no larger than (80 cm wide x 90 cm long). You can use this Template. We print your poster and take care of everything. Presentation certificates are delivered after the congress.
Extended Abstract Submission
Extended abstracts submission is OPTIONAL. You should submit it by July 5th. You should use this Extended Abstract Template, with a length between 4 and 6 A4 pages. In this case, you must send the document to the email address that appears at the up of this webpage.
